You manage your health and vitality as you make your way to the final room and try and defeat the horrible monsters that rule over the dungeons.

Story
A terrible famine descended upon an unsuspecting kingdom. The crops and farm animals alike are dying. Whispers talk of an ancient evil that has once again awakened in the long forgotten dungeons. This evil power wants to extend its skeletal claws and smash the world of the living once and for all, leaving nothing but fire and brimstone.
The Queen puts out a call, and the bravest of the brave step forward, and they all perish in the meat grinder that are these ancient dungeons. And with each soul perished, the evil gains more strength, more ethereal power to continue draining the kingdom of all its resources.
That’s where you come in, a hulking mass of flesh and steel. You fear nothing, and your sharpened blade has long awaited for a chance to quench its thirst in blood. You’re ready and able to take on this ancient evil, and to bask in all the glory that comes with rescuing the kingdom from a fate worse than death.
So go on, brave hero. Step forth and conquer the evils that lurk inside the Traumatarium!
